Melissa began her career in financial planning in 2013 and joined our team in 2022. She brings a calm, steady presence and believes financial planning should feel personal — not transactional. She listens closely, communicates clearly, and approaches each relationship with intention and care.
Her addition to the shareholder group recognizes the meaningful role she plays on our team and the trust she has earned.
